We begin with a four-session assessment, this confirms your current ability, allows us to identify any imbalances in your body and tells us your strengths and weaknesses within the different areas of fitness. We use the information we have gathered to design your personalised training program. After we have completed the initial four-session assessment, we offer bespoke personal training packages to suit you and any requirements you may have.

Virtual Personal Training
Virtual personal training allows you to work with a coach in the comfort of your own home and anywhere you may be in the world. This has shown to be an effective method of training for those who are new to exercise and may not be comfortable with the gym environment just yet. Virtual PT is also suitable for people who struggle to find the time to go to the gym, instead Evolve can bring the gym to you. Nutritional guidance is included.
Evolve Tribe Training

Evolve Tribe Training or EVT for short, is more than just a group session, it’s an accountability group that helps people get all the guidance they need to lose weight. We do this by not only providing a group session but also by giving all members of the tribe access to our exclusive WhatsApp group. This gives you a direct line of communication with your coach, weekly challenges, recipes and other useful resources so you are able to stay active and motivated between sessions.
The tribe sessions can be taken in person or online. You can also create your own tribe with a group of your friends and family.
Online coaching is perfect for people that are familiar with training who may need guidance or someone to be accountable to. This service lets us aid you in your fitness journey wherever you are in the world. You will complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) outlining your goals, strengths and weaknesses, this enables us to provide you with the most accurate service. Think of it like having a personal trainer at your fingertips who you can check in with at your convenience.

Our accountability desk dates prioritise addressing habits that need to be changed in order to reach your goal, this can be anything from your nutrition to reviewing your current training program and advising you on what needs to be adapted. Each desk date is up to one hour long and can be completed virtually.
