Our results-based 1:1 personal training focuses on your individual goals.
We provide you with tools and guidance you can utilize during your personal training sessions as well as your own time.
You will be offered a free consultation where your chosen personal trainer will get to know you as an individual, your background, capabilities and what your goals are.
With over 10 years experience, our training systems have been successfully tried and tested. You will come out of your first two sessions with a better understanding of how to train your body, and with a structure on exactly what you need to do during your fitness journey.


Virtual Personal Training
Virtual personal training allows you to work with a coach in the comfort of your own home and anywhere you may be in the world. This has shown to be an effective method of training for those who are new to exercise and may not be comfortable with the gym environment just yet. Virtual PT is also suitable for people who struggle to find the time to go to the gym, instead Evolve can bring the gym to you. Nutritional guidance is included.
Group Training
Evolve Tribe Training, or EVT for short, is more than just a group session, it’s an accountability group that helps people get all the guidance they need to lose weight. We do this by not only providing a group session, but also by giving all members of the tribe access to our exclusive WhatsApp group. This gives you a direct line of communication with your coach, weekly challenges, recipes and other useful resources so you are able to stay active and motivated between sessions.
The tribe sessions can be taken in person or online. You can also create your own tribe with a group of your friends and family.

Online Coaching
Online coaching is perfect for people that are familiar with training who may need guidance or someone to be accountable to. This service lets us aid you in your fitness journey wherever you are in the world. You will complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) outlining your goals, strengths and weaknesses, this enables us to provide you with the most accurate service. Think of it like having a personal trainer at your fingertips who you can check in with at your convenience.
Online coaching includes:
- A bespoke exercise program.
- Access to our library of exercise video tutorials.
- Weekly check-ins with your coach.
- Monthly video chats with your coach to review your progress and goals.
- Guidance on your daily habits and nutrition choices.
Athletic Development Strength & Conditioning
What is a strength and conditioning coach?
A strength and conditioning coach is a physical performance professional who uses exercise prescription to improve the performance of competitive athletes or athletic teams. This is achieved through a combination of strength training, aerobic conditioning and other methods.
We have been working with a range of athletes, from MMA fighters to footballers, in both 1:1 sessions and in group sessions. Our strength and conditioning coaches increase a rising athlete’s chances of excelling in their chosen sport. We help them to develop their existing skills and we also help to identify and improve areas of weakness that could result in injury.
We teach rising athletes the fundamentals of strength training and movement mechanics which they will go on to develop as they mature within their field. This helps to simultaneously reduce their risk of injury and maximize their results.
